This is Chuck Fabik Films where we bring amazing stories to life.

Ever since I was a little kid, I've always dreamed of becoming a film writer, a film director or even both. I recall feeling a strong fascination for great movies that capture your senses and allow your imagination to reach places that have never before existed.

I got drawn to films because of the magic and mystery they were able to present. I knew even then that this was what I wanted to do when the right time came. As the years passed, I learned more about the film industry and enriched my craft.

As an aspiring film maker, I know that we are at a time when there is a tremendous opportunity for new players in the industry. We're at a time when almost everything that's being produced and shown are either remakes, sequels or prequels. Where's the justice in that? We've got the best actors and actresses portraying roles which don't do justice to their level of talent. The Sean Penns, Denzel Washingtons and Robert De Niros are not being afforded the finest roles befitting their talent and artistry.

As far as movies go The Goonies got me to type out some of my first stories mostly about kids going on a journey to find hidden treasure. Down To You is responsible for my first screenplay that I wrote. I loved the chemistry between Julia Stiles and Freddie Prinze Jr. I thought that they captured beautifully what young couples go through when they first start out having a relationship.

Given a chance, I'd love to be able to create films that give the audience the best bang for their buck. I'd like to give them as much excitement, thrill, adventure and mystery as they could handle. I believe I'm destined to take part in creating cinematic masterpieces - the likes which film schools use to illustrate what rare cinematic gems look like.

Film making is at a crossroads and I believe that I can play a part in helping the industry take off to the next level from where it is today.
